Installation program now displays a pop-up warning message if it detects that Data Execution Prevention is enabled for the host program (Audition or Cool Edit). (If DEP is enabled, ClickFix will not display as a menu choice in the host program.)

Force Fix allowed only 1/20 second to be repaired, instead of 1/10 second. It now allows 1/10 second, as described in the ClickFix on-line help.
Pressing F3 to repeat a Force Fix operation caused ClickFix to crash if the user had selected more than 1/20 second of signal.

Invoking ClickFix more than about 60 times in one Adobe Audition or Cool Edit session sometimes resulted in a runtime error (typically, "Error 1114 Loading Library..."), possibly causing Adobe Audition or Cool Edit to crash.

Auto/Dynamic Mode. Tells ClickFix to adjust most of the settings automatically. This improves detection and repair, and makes ClickFix even easier to use.
Compatible with Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and earlier, as well as Cool Edit 2000. (ClickFix releases 2.06 and earlier are not compatible with Cool Edit Pro 2.0.)
Bugs fixed:
Large-amplitude signals sometimes caused numeric wrap-around, resulting in audible clicks.
Minor Windows XP incompatibility.
Keep Only Clicks no longer "stutters" when turned on while previewing.

The "amplitude" value displayed next to the Threshold control was incorrect with 32-bit waveforms. (It was correct for 8-bit and 16-bit waveforms.)
While previewing some waveforms with high click density, some clicks "leaked" into the output and were audible. These clicks were not present in the final result (after clicking Ok).
Corrected single-channel operation.
Fixed potential divide-by-zero errors that could occur with extreme setting values.
