Introducing ClickFix
ClickFix for Adobe Audition is a click and pop filter plug-in, specifically designed for Adobe System's Adobe Audition through version 3.0, and Syntrillium's Cool Edit 2000 and Cool Edit Pro.
ClickFix is ideal for cleaning up vinyl LP recordings after digitizing them. ClickFix removes clicks and pops from 45s and 78s and can also remove static from AM and FM broadcasts.
Adobe Audition and Cool Edit Pro users: Why use ClickFix when Adobe Audition includes a Click/Pop Eliminator? Because ClickFix is fast -- typically more than ten times faster than the declicker included with Adobe Audition, and gives the same or superior results. Plus, it does this without adding unwanted audio artifacts.
Cool Edit 2000 users: Cool Edit 2000 lacks a built-in tool to remove clicks and pops. ClickFix fills that need perfectly.

While I own [Syntrillium's plug-in], yours is faster and has been DEADLY accurate in it's clean up of clicks and pops. I have an extensive collection of recordings of the bands of the '30s and '40s and have spent the last year and a half in cleaning these up and burning them to CD. The ClickFix program is a vital part of my clean up program...Congratulations on a very fine product...
